Dr. Porter and her team at Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery are the best! I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction about a month ago and I am in love with my results, both internal and external! I had several consultations with different plastic surgeons in the area before finding Dr. Porter and in the end I decided to have my surgery done with her because she made me feel the most comfortable and confident about the results I was going to receive. She actually LISTENED to what I wanted and her mockup was so natural looking that I wasn’t nervous at all going into the surgery. The recovery was a AMAZING, my pain/discomfort was a 2/10 and I didn’t feel like I needed to take anything for pain, although I did anyway. I had minimal swelling and bruising and a week after the surgery I was back to feeling myself and my nose looked GORGEOUS and NATURAL! Everyone who knows me says my nose looks like it’s always belonged on my face which was so important to me and even better, I can breathe finally! I highly recommend Dr. Porter and her team for any facial cosmetic work!

I underwent the rhinoplasty procedure which is a very invasive surgery, I mean it’s your face. Although I was very nervous, Dr. Porter and her assistant was able to answer all of my questions. The procedure was painless, (4/10 and I have low tolerance for pain). I really liked the her honesty, professionalism and performance. I wanted an ethnic nose but some fine tuning and she did just that. I appreciated that she made my nose fit with my facial features while making the changes I desired. I would recommend coming here if you are thinking about a rhinoplasty 🙂

If you are interested in Microneedling w/PRP, you will have the best experience with Dr. Porter and Meghan, RN! I purchased a package with Areolase (top tier laser treatment) which has a bonus side effect of facial hair removal! My monthly appointments were flawless and the staff are amazing! Under the direction of Dr. Porter, I’ve been going here for Aerolase treatments and chemical peels for the past few months and have already seen a difference in my skin even though as have not yet finished my treatment plan. The staff and estheticians are always helpful and professional and their space is very clean and serene. I highly recommend their services.

I was a patient of Dr Porter several years ago to have my inherited excess neck tissue addressed. I was very pleased with the care and results from the procedure. I have so much confidence in Dr Porter, I flew back from my new home in Colorado for a blepharoplasty last week. Additionally, the office staff was great helping me plan for an efficient visit, making the best use of my time.

The absolute best! I received a rhinoplasty revision from Dr. Porter. I literally kick myself because when I was researching plastic surgeons for my initial procedure, I learned about Dr. Porter. Trying to save some money for a consultation fee ended up costing me over $12k. I definitely should have went with Dr. Porter in the first place. Dr. Porter gave me the perfect nose. It fits my face, while addressing all the concerns I had.

My recovery was dramatically different. For my first surgery, I had a LOT of swelling, black eyes, etc. I felt crazy walking around in public like that. Also, you are told it can take up to 2 years for all the swelling to subside and reveal your actual nose. With Dr. Porter, not only did I have literally no pain, I had minimal swelling, no black eyes, and I was able to see how adorable my nose was going to look almost immediately.

When people look at you, your face is the first thing they see. I am so thankful for Dr. Porter and her team. It is truly a blessing to find a practice with such a commitment to excellence.
