Mindy Lo, RN

Registered Nurse

Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Aging Services, a Minor in Biology from​ The University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master of Science in Nursing from The​ Johns Hopkins University. She is pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing in​Adult/Gerontology​ Primary Care at The Johns Hopkins University. Originally from Prince George's County,​ Maryland, Mindy's passion for aesthetics was sparked by her experience competing in the​ Miss Maryland USA pageant. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family,​ traveling, and discovering new restaurants.

Deborah Bland

Office Manager

Deborah Bland,originally from Savannah, GA, has 15 years of experience in the luxury spa and aesthetic industry, including management and surgical sales in positions in Savannah, GA, Cape Town, South Africa, New York City, and since 2015, Washington, DC. As a Practice Manager, Deborah brings a deep understanding of operations and a patient-centric approach to ensure seamless patient experiences. She is nurturing and empathetic, excels in staff development, optimizes practice efficiency, and maintains a supportive environment for patients and team members. Deborah resides in NW Washington, DC, and in her spare time, is an active member at her local church, she loves traveling to New England and spending time in the outdoors with her husband, son, and bernedoodle.

Kelly Oswald

Patient Coordinator

Kelly graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in exercise science and joined the Chevy Chase Face team in 2016. As a patient coordinator, she is dedicated to educating the patients and coordinating the patients' care for surgical and nonsurgical procedures. She enjoys spending time with her dog, Pepper, and attending concerts in her free time.

Jessica Quiles,

Patient Coordinator

Jessica began her career as a Master Esthetician and was drawn to aesthetics by her fascination with how self-care empowers individuals. Now, as a Patient Coordinator, she loves guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and helping them make informed treatment decisions. She finds balance outside of work through exercise and a good book.

Katherine Jorgenson

Marketing Manager

Katherine has always been fascinated by facial plastic surgery and how the right treatments can bring out the best in someone's features. With a focus on digital marketing and brand strategy, she helps connect patients with the information they need to make informed decisions. When she's not at work, she likes to try new restaurants and spend time with her family.

Jenee Mason

Office Assistant

Jenee has always been passionate about skincare, naturally drawing her to aesthetics. As an office assistant, she enjoys being part of a team that helps individuals feel their best. Outside of work, she spends her time reading, practicing yoga, and watching documentaries.

Deja Straughter

Medical Assistant

Deja has a bachelor's degree in Biology from Howard University. She was drawn to Chevy Chase Face because of her passion for medicine and desire to help people feel their best. She loves being part of a team that combines science and aesthetics to impact patients meaningfully. When she's not in the office, she enjoys baking treats.

Eniola Adeleke

Medical Assistant

Eniola earned her bachelor's degree in Health and Human Sciences from the University of Southern California. She was drawn to Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery because she has always been passionate about skincare and beauty. As a Medical Assistant, she enjoys connecting with patients and participating in their treatment journey. Off the clock, she loves cooking, traveling, and staying active.

Jennifer Cho

Medical Assistant

Jennifer's interest in aesthetics started with her love of Korean skincare and its emphasis on healthy, glowing skin. That passion led her to the world of medical aesthetics, where she enjoys helping patients feel great in their own skin. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, golfing, and snowboarding.

Toni Ball

Medical Assistant

Toni first joined our practice as an Administrative Assistant, where she developed a deep appreciation for aesthetics and patient care. Inspired to take her passion further, she pursued her Advanced Nursing Degree and now serves as a Medical Assistant. She loves being part of a team that helps patients feel their best through expert care and innovative treatments. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and catching the latest movies.
